The Amtrak eTicketing Platform


It all started with

an ill-fated attempt to book a train ticket to Rhode Island over the Summer.

What happened next was a days-long teardown of the Amtrak eTicketing Platform through a User Experience lens. 


Next steps: REDESIGN!

I am taking what I've learned and applying it toward an experience that I believe can more efficiently, reliably, and intuitively assist Amtrak customers in booking their travel accommodations.
